How it works

I would love to help, but there are geographical limitations to us meeting.

If you live in the UK, within Warwickshire or West Midlands, I may be able to set up a meeting to discuss face-to face counselling sessions. However, I am available online, if you would like to find out more about how I can help.

I will be creating pages which will give you  some basic techniques to help with a number of common issues, e.g. anxiety, bereavement.
